Text | [reporting on the IA convention] [the championship rules amended to read, in part:] The emblem of the championship shall be a pennant... The amount received shall be divided as follows: To the club winning the championship, three-sixths; to the club standing second, two-sixths; and to the club standing third, one sixth. Before dividing the champion entrance-fees into sixths, a sum shall be set aside, with all the funds of the Association, sufficient to make the secretary’s salary, including expenses, $500 per annum. |
