Text | The Brooklyn Club, National League, has filed a certificate for the full payment of the capital stock with the Secretary of State at Albany. Charles H. Byrne's name is attached to the certificate as president of the club. The cash paid in was $4350, and the balance, $25,650, was in property, consisting of the Washington Park lease and buildings, stands and fences therein, heretofore owned by Charles H. Byrne, Ferdinand A. Abell and Joseph J. Doyle, of the Brooklyn Base Ball Association or Club. |
