Text | Messrs. Soden, Billings and Conant feel secure from the regular yearly kick from the minority stockholders, as they have purchased all but one share of stock. This is held by George Lloyd (Ferguson) and he will sell for a certain figure. As each one of the old stockholders sold out they demanded and received from the club a written guarantee that each was entitled to a front seat in the grand pavilion for life. |
