Text	The Baltimore Base Ball and Exhibition Company was incorporated Oct. 27, by Harry R. Vonderhorst, William Barnie, John W. Waltz, William Belt and Herman Vonderhorst, for the purpose of conducting the industry of professional base ball playing, and giving, creating, and maintaining exhibitions of the game of base ball. The capital stock is placed at $6000. The new men in the concern are William Belt, a well-known malster, and Herman Vonderhorst, a nephew of the present president. A meeting will shortly be held and reorganization follow. It is hinted that the new company will eventually be turned into a stock company. President Vonderhorst is the only one at present putting up any money, and in his own language “he is tired.
