Text	[reporting on the Athletic Club meeting of 1/10/1876] The new constitution and by-laws [of the Athletics] present but few changes, the most essential being the reduction of the number of Vice Presidents from four to two; the merging of the duties of the Scorer with those of the Secretary, and making it a salaried office, and the creation of a new office–that of Manager.
