Text | [Empire of Chillicothe, Mo. vs. Haymaker of St., Mo. 7/22/1871] The citizens were disappointed in the result of the game, the Haymakers getting beat, 16 to 31, which was caused by the pitcher Mr. Dean jockeying the game, for which he was expelled on the same evening.
