Text	We trust, that, after the game of to-morrow, this will be the last of championship contests. They have been of no advantage, and instead of elevating, have made the game unpopular, and interested in it a class of men who could well be spared, and whose interest extends only so far as they may be successful in making it p ay. A better day is dawning, and the public and press will rescue from the hands of those sordid hucksters what is, and we trust will continue to be, our great national Pastime.
