Text | [Baltimore vs. Chicago 7/8/1874] In the fifth inning Bulaski was running to second when Malone threw the ball to Myerle, who was standing to the left of the base. Bulaski slid under him when Myerle tried to touch him as he passed, and although he did not come nearer than one foot to Bulaski the umpire decided Bulaski out.
