| Data | “Baseball' was part of the entertainment for hundreds of children attending the Sun Lane Sunday School of Norwich, Norfolk, as they celebrated their annual treat in a nearby park. According to a local newspaper: “On arriving at the park the children soon dispersed, and amused themselves at cricket, baseball, and other sports until four o'clock, when the junior portion of the school partook of tea.” |
