Text | The sale of the best grand stand seats for “fifty cents extra” in place of the customary quarter, on the Chicago days at Detroit, raised a howl which will echo in the management’s ears for many a day. A big, round dollar for a ball game seems rather large to economical Detroiters–but the reserved seats were purchased, just the same. |
