Text | [reporting on the meeting of the Arbitration Committee] The question of the right of the Eastern League to a club in Baltimore caused considerable discussion, but no feeling was manifested over the subject. The committee reaffirmed the action taken at its fall meeting, and the clause of the seventh section of the national Agreement permitting an Eastern League club in Baltimore was declared stricken out. |
