Text | [reporting on the Boston Club meeting 12/17] A resolution was passed to the effect that the officers of the corporation shall receive such compensation for their services as the stockholders may determine. This is an important innovation. Until now officers of the association have their services gratuitously, but hereafter they will receive compensation. |
