Text | In conversation with Jim Mutrie on the subject, he said he had concluded arrangements with the Harlem Steamboat Company to land at One Hundred and Ninth street, a few yards from the entrance to one of the gates leading to the grounds. This company will run their speedy little side-wheel steamers, the Morrisania, Sylvan Dell, Sylvan Grove, and others of the same fast craft, from Wall street to the grounds in thirty minutes. A landing at Grand street will also be made. An annex from both Brooklyn and Jersey City will run in connection with the enterprise. They will make very frequent trips. The fare from any of these points will be but five cents.
