Text | The managers of the Athletic Club yesterday decided to cancel all games arranged for the club after this week, and disband for the season. The poor showing made by the Athletic players against League teams was the cause of the move. … The attendance at the Athletics' games with League clubs has grown steadily less, and yesterday only about 800 were there to see the Buffalo Club adminsiter its third drubbing to the champions. |
