Text | The Philadelphia Association, in view of the extensive damage done to the fence of the Polo Grounds in this city by the gamins who cut holds for peeping, have wisely put up an inside fence, which is to be used for large advertisements, and this will entirely prevent the cutting process, besides saving all cost for continuous and expensive repairs. |
