Text | The [George M.] Roth is a surprising young amateur club, considering that this is their first season of any note, having beaten some of the best clubs in the city. Much of its success is due to the energy and perseverance of its faithful and popular president, Mr. Geo. M. Roth, who personally superintends the regulation of the nine. |
