Text | [editorial matter] The exceedingly small attendance at and the utter lack of interest displayed in the annual meeting of the “National Base Ball Reporters' Association,” which is hereafter to be known as “The Scorers' League,” would seem to indicate that the organization started with such a flourish of trumpets one brief year ago is already falling into 'Innocuous desuetude.” those most directly interested—the journalists—apparently care little or nothing for the organization, which is just about what might have been expected of the fraternity. |
