The Council Bluffs Weekly Bugle, May 2, 1860 urged the young men of Council Bluffs to form a base ball club.

The KuKlux may be the club mentioned in the Omaha World Herald, Nov. 10, 1927, as having been formed in 1868. FitzHenry Warren of San Francisco is mentioned as the only player of that club still alive.
