Text	The Philadelphia Club and Mr. James A. Tyng have settled all differences and canceled the contract which guaranteed Mr. Tyng a yearly salary as “director of amusements and athletic sports.” This amicable result was brought about by an interview between Mr. Tyng and Secretary Rogers, and the two gentlemen parted with mutual good wishes for each other's welfare. The amount paid Mr. Tyng has not bee made public. Mr. Tyng has for the present abandoned law practice and has become a stock broker, having opened an office at 62 Broadway, room 200, and has been admitted to membership in the Consolidated Stock and Petroleum Exchange.
