Text | [quoting John Rogers] We hope to win the case, and in my mind it is quite probable that we shall. Everything, however, hinges on the interpretation of the word “reserve.” If the court takes our definitions one of intent, we have the case. Should it take that the word is only binding on the different clubs of the League and not on outside clubs, then the Brotherhood will win. |
