Description

Sylvan vs. Vigilant - A match between these two clubs came off on the 4th inst, at Gowanus, which resulted in the defeatof the former by three runs. The following is the score. Sylvan - 29 Vigilant - 32 The only home run was made by J. Painton of the Vigilant, In the 7th innings. The fielding and batting on both sides was excellent.
