<p>Terry Bohn reports that the game was played at Sioux Falls, but the Reserves were from Minnehaha [presumably Minnehaha County, where Sioux Falls is located].</p>
<p>Sioux Falls SD (1880 pop about 2,100) is about 80 mile N of Sioux City IA.</p>
