Microfilms of the Knickerbocker game books, which are part of the Albert Spalding Collection in the New York Public Library, can be loaned from the SABR HQ office in Cleveland, Ohio. An extensive set of scrapbooks containing clippings of game accounts, primarily from the New York Clipper, forms part of “The Charles W. Mears Collection on Baseball” in the archives of the Cleveland Public Library.
