Description An 1869 newspaper account says that in 1803, in an article on "The Loyal Volunteer Artillery of New Brunswick," said they mustered in at King's Square, while "others would engage in a game of base ball on a portion of King's Square..."This account is 66 years later, and probably doesn't refer to baseball in any post-1845 form.
