| Description | Salt Lake City Tribune, July 16, 1891: Rawlins played at Laramie Saturday afternoon. "Owing to alleged partiality in the rulings of the umpire, the Laramie nine left the field in the seventh inning and the game was awarded to Rawlins." Same, July 30, 1891, says Laramie will play Rawlins on Aug. 2 in Cheyenne "for the state championship." Rawlins was incorporated in 1886. |
