Description	A letter from an "old timer" in the Omaha World Herald, Nov. 10, 1927 says that the Quick Step BBC was formed in Council Bluffs in 1871. William Withrow played 3b, Edgar Brown pitched, Ernest E. Hart caught. The writer was a member of the Modoc (junior) team, formed in 1872 in that city.
