Description	Browning, "Montana Baseball History" p. 22 says that Diamond City had a baseball club in 1873. The Diamond City, MT Rocky Mountain Husbandman, May 31, 1877: "On Friday evening last the 'Three Cs' of Helena, visited this town as guests of the 'Diamond Cities' base ball club, and on Saturday afternoon administered a severe beating to the ambitious youths composing the first nine of the local club." The score was 37 to 5. The article gives a box score. Diamond City was once a flourishing goldmining town. It is a ghost town today.
